How long will it take for me to receive my order?

We do our best to get orders out as quickly as we can. Most bags are made to order. Some bags/items are kept in stock. Please allow 2 - 3 weeks for production. For west coast orders, please expect your order within 5 - 8 business days, once shipped (US only). For central & east coast orders, please expect your order within 8 - 10 business days, once shipped (US only). All estimated shipping time are for standard shipping option.

Please email us if you need your order sooner so that we may add a shipping option for you.


Why does my order take up to 2 - 3 weeks for production?

We have adopted the "Slow Fashion" style of production. This means, we take our time to ensure consistency of the quality + detail of our product. Each Marloe design is hand prepped + handmade, from the cutting of the leather to the construction, sewing + packaging. We believe that by taking our time with production ensures that you receive beautifully, hand crafted leather goods. 


What is your return/exchange policy?

Return/Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you order! Should you, for any reason be unsatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept any unused items within 14 days of receiving your order. Any unused items returned within the given return window, will be issued a full refund to the original credit/debit card used for purchase.  Exchanges will only be granted if the item is in unused condition. If the item shows signs of usage, the item will be returned to the customer & an exchange will not be granted. Please return your item to our studio address: 10145 Maple Street Bellflower CA, 90706. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We cover the shipping costs from our studio to your destination (US ONLY). 

* Any items returned outside the return window will be denied a return/exchange and the item will be shipped back to the customer. Exceptions may apply. Please email for questions. 


Do you repair any mishaps with your product?

We work hard to design and make handbags that last. We will gladly repair or replace your item should it break from normal wear & tear (unstitching anywhere on your item, fallen tassels or hardware, etc.)  within 60 days of receiving your order. Please return your item to our studio address: 10145 Maple Street Bellflower CA, 90706. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We cover the shipping costs from our studio to your destination (US ONLY). 

* Abnormal wear or tear is not covered by Marloe and will not be replaced (tearingor stretching from strenuous pulling, unstitching due to abnormal use, broken or damaged hardware due to abnormal use, etc.) Exceptions may apply. Please email for questions.
