How long will it take for me to receive my order?
We do our best to get orders out as quickly as we can. Most bags are made to order. Some bags/items are kept in stock. For west coast orders, please expect your order within 5 - 8 business days, once shipping is confirmed (US only). For central & east coast orders, please expect your order within 8 - 10 business days, once shipping is confirmed (US only). All estimated shipping time are for standard shipping option. Please email us if you need your order sooner so that we may add a shipping option for you.
* Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for international shipping. International shipping estimated time rate is just that, an estimation. International logistics can encounter a number of delays. (customs, weather, transfer of shipping companies, etc.) Tracking numbers are provided via USPS (United States Postal Service). Tracking may stop upon entering country of shipping destination due to change in logistics company.
How can I track my order?
Orders ship via USPS (United States Postal Service). You can track your order by going to USPS Tracking, enter your tracking number and your shipping status should be available within 48 hrs of USPS shipping facility confirmation scan.
*International orders also available through USPS (United States Postal Service). Upon arrival to designated country, tracking may stop due to transfer of logistics company.
Need rush delivery?
We currently only offer standard shipping options on our website. Please email us if you need a rush delivery (before you place your order) and we will do our best to accommodate your shipping delivery.
